Meet Our Board of Directors

Joe Benaroya, Director

Joe joined IBM in 1978. He has had wide experience and responsibilities, from marketing representative to Vice President of Global Sales for the PC Division. Along the way he was one of the pioneers of ISSC, the predecessor to the current IBM Global Services business. During his career, Joe also served as President and CEO of 2 medium size companies. He has been based both in the United States and in Europe.

Joe Benaroya recently retired from a long career at IBM. Joe's most recent title was IBM Vice President, Global Strategic Relationship Development. In this role he was responsible for leading significant global pipeline opportunities and managing large complex engagements. For the prior four years Joe served as General Manager, Strategic Outsourcing, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), responsible for IBM’s IT outsourcing businesses across EMEA. He was accountable for delivering growth, ensuring IBM builds first class engagement skills, and optimizing use of SO resources.

Joe serves on the Board of Directors of Advance Turning and Manufacturing and on the Board of the Florida Foundation of the Developmentally Disabled.

Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and an MBA degree, both from the University of Minnesota.

Allan E. Keen, Director

Allan E. Keen received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Rollins College, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins. In 2010, an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters (LHD) degree was awarded to Keen at the college's annual Commencement. He is the Chairman and CEO of The Keewin Real Property Company, a real estate development, investment, and brokerage company located in Winter Park, FL. Founded in 1978, Keewin has entitled, developed and/or marketed over 15,000 single-family and townhome residential lots, making the company the largest residential lot developer in Central Florida. In addition, the Company has represented numerous corporations and other clients in the acquisition of real estate, including acting as the exclusive real estate broker for the purchase of over 1,000 acres of land that is today Universal Studios Florida. Keen and Keewin have been involved in over $450 Million dollars of real estate transactions since the formation of a company college.

Elected to Rollins College Board of Trustees in 1989, Keen served as Chairman of the Rollins Board from 2006~2008, and continues to serve on the Board, and is a member of the Executive Committee of the College. In 2009, Keen was elected as a Founding Board Member of The Catholic Foundation of Central Florida, Inc. Governor Jeb Bush appointed Mr. Keen in 2001 to the Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority Board of Directors, where he served as Chairman until January 2007. He is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of BankFIRST, a Winter Park-based community bank, and immediate past Chairman of the Winter Park Health Foundation Board of Trustees. Keen is also past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Valencia Community College and a member of the Economic Development Commission of Mid-Florida. Other Board memberships include ZeroChaos (an IT contract labor provider to Fortune 500 companies based in Orlando, FL), RMT Woodworth, LLC (a heavy metal heat-treating company based in Detroit MI), Enhanced Vehicle Applications, LLC (a GPS tracking device company for fleet trucks based in Green Bay, WI), BANKshares, Inc. (a bank holding company based in Winter Park, FL), and Plus One Solutions, Inc. (a service industry management company based in Orlando, FL).

Keen was named one of Florida's Five Outstanding Young Men by the Florida Jaycees in 1978, and honored as the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year in 2002. In addition, Keen was featured in a front-page article in the Wall Street Journal in May 1986.

Kim Kerr, Director

Mr. Kerr is the former Vice President and General Manager of the LexisNexis Risk & Information Analytics Group, Screening Solutions. In this role, Mr. Kerr led the Screening Solutions division in assisting and collaborating with various businesses to create screening policies and best practices. Mr. Kerr managed the market planning, operations, engineering, product and customer service aspects of the Screening Solutions division.
Before joining LexisNexis, Mr. Kerr spent 28 years with AT&T serving as an area manager in corporate security. Under AT&T's sponsorship, Mr. Kerr played a vital role in the successful security operations of the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta, GA. After completing his career at AT&T, Mr. Kerr went on to support the security efforts of both the 2000 Summer Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia and the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Mr. Kerr is a leading expert in background screening strategies, corporate security management and investigations, special event security, executive protection, and the creation and implementation of proactive security policies. He also often works directly with human resource and security professionals to create disaster recovery plans.

Mr. Kerr is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) with the American Society of Industrial Security and recently became a board-certified private investigator in the State of Nevada.

Frank Menditch, Director

Mr. Menditch has more than thirty years of experience in the HVAC/R industry. He founded and was a board member of American Residential Services (NYSE: ARS), which was acquired in 1999 by industry leader ServiceMaster. Mr. Menditch grew ARS out of General Heating, the former leading provider of heating and air conditioning, when he successfully consolidated six other companies in ARS' public offering.

Mr. Menditch also previously served as the Executive Director of Utility Relations for ServiceMaster Consumer Services, a $4 billion holding firm for such leading service-oriented businesses such as Terminix and Chem-Lawn. He has served as President of the National Capital Chapter of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), Chairman of ACCA's Industry Relations Committee, and as officer and board member of the Maryland Building Industry Association. Mr. Menditch is a Master Electrician and HVAC and Plumber/Gasfitter and is licensed in various Washington D.C. area counties.

As an advisor for several other companies, Mr. Menditch brings both his background with early- and late-stage growth companies and his board experience to PlusOne Solutions. He currently also sits on the Board of Directors at UHR Technologies and is a partner in Menditch Investments.

Bud Stoddard, Advisor

Bud Stoddard is a successful serial entrepreneur who has founded five different companies in the information management and data storage industry. He once purchased an underground Nike Missile site which he converted to a high-tech stronghold for storing corporate records.

In 1998, he founded AmeriVault, a company that became an early market leader in the online data backup market. Over the subsequent decade, the company rose to prominence in its niche with nearly nine hundred customers in forty-five states and twelve countries. In 2008, the company was acquired by PHNS of Dallas, a leader in Health Information services.

In early 2010, Stoddard, along with Kevin Harris, founded NextVault and the two immediately acquired Vault USA to accelerate its growth and gain market share. Bud will serve as Chairman of NextVault and Executive Vice President of Vault USA.

In 2010, Stoddard wrote and published "Reflections of a Serial Entrepreneur: A Street-Smart Guide to Starting Your Own Company."

Additionally, Stoddard has served on the boards of Copiun, Rezziliant, and NextVault, and was a founding member of the Tamiami Angel Fund.

Stoddard is a resident of Estero, Florida and West Newfield, Maine.
