Gilles Durandisse as new Director of Field Service Operations and Additional Organizational Enhancements to Support Scale and Improved Performance

Orlando, FL – PlusOne Solutions, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Gilles Durandisse as Director of Field Service Operations to our team. Gilles comes to us with over 18 years of contact center experience and developing managers with a customer success mindset and process focus.

Our Field Service Operations provide after-sales service for high-end appliance manufacturers designed to deliver the highest standard of excellence in both customer and technical support. Gilles’ unique combination of skills positions the organization to meet the demands of our customers and improve the workflows, processes, and performance of this elite team.
