As a Customer Success Manager, Carl Nielsen is dedicated to helping our Customers reach and exceed their compliance goals. With an extensive background in Sales and Marketing, Carl has been providing top tier customer service to all PlusOne Solution’s Customers since he stepped into this role in early 2019. Motivated by building relationships and meeting new people, Carl enjoys working with Customers to help them overcome new challenges and create an exceptional Customer experience. He is responsible for all new Customer implementations, navigating PlusOne Solutions’ platforms, and overseeing the day to day success of his Customers. Carl has a Bachelor’s in Marketing from the University of Central Florida and is based out of our headquarters office in Orlando, Florida. After work, you can find him cheering on his favorite football teams, the UCF Knights and Miami Dolphins.

Corinne Rodino

With 20 years of experience in business development, account management, and client relations, Customer Success Manager Corinne Rodino is certain this fact is true. She pairs customers with PlusOne Solutions’ services and ensures they get the most out of those solutions. Developing the video training program used for customer onboarding and contributing to educational content creation are a few ways Corinne has made herself a valued subject matter expert. With her responsiveness, communication skills, and client focus, Corinne is highly praised by our clients for her many abilities.
A native New Englander, Corinne has her Bachelor’s in Business Management from The University of Connecticut, and currently works in the vicinity of our Boise, ID team.

As Vice President of Customer Success at PlusOne Solutions, Lisa is referred to as our Customers’ Champion. Customer success and communication are her top priorities. She is
responsible for the success of our valued customers and is, without a doubt, their dedicated voice.
With more than 25 years of experience, Lisa has transformed organizations into customer-centered cultures and continues to ensure that every customer has a say in what we do as a company. Furthermore, Lisa is vital for all product and service initiatives because she always keeps the customer in mind and acknowledges our core values in her work.
In addition to her extensive leadership experience, she is also a certified ISO quality auditor and a Certified FCRA expert.
Julie Hakman
Julie Hakman has over 30 years’ experience in business leadership. Her involvement in screening began in 1997 when she was recruited to launch World Gaming Network, a division of HireRight. In 2005, Julie created AmericanChecked, Inc. a nationally accredited business, featured in Inc Magazine for its unique product innovations and proprietary development. In 2019, AmericanChecked was acquired by Ministry Brands, LLC, Julie joined the team as their General Manager of Strategic Development.
Julie is a recognized leader in the screening/gaming industry, Past Chairman of the Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA), she has served on several boards and as a consultant to the Casino Management Association Executive Board, the Indian Gaming Association (IGA) and currently serving on the Executive Board of the Tribal Gaming Protection Network. She has received numerous awards including the US Chamber’s Blue-Ribbon Award for excellence in business leadership and the Indian Gaming Women Warrior Award. She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and a nationally recognized speaker at Risk, HR, Security, Gaming and Education events.

With more than two decades of experience in creating and delivering solutions to Fortune 500 companies, Scott has proven his ability to reduce operational costs and increase the
productivity of employees and service networks. In fact, Scott has years of extensive knowledge and experience with team development and creating highly engineered systems, which require a deep understanding of critical business drivers in multiple industries.

Craig Reilly
Craig Reilly is the CEO of PlusOne Solutions and oversees the strategic direction for the company. Since Craig founded PlusOne in 2005, his mission has been to help companies
mitigate risk and create safer work environments for their employees and clients.
With more than 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship, operations management, sales, and corporate strategy leadership, Craig’s passion for innovation has led PlusOne Solutions to become accredited by the Background Screening Agency Accreditation Program (BSAAP), an honor held by less than 2 percent of more than 5,000 Consumer Reporting Agencies in the US.
As an active member of the Professional Background Screeners Association, Craig has chaired and sat on many committees, including Criminal Records Reporting Practices Committee, and attended the national conferences to stay abreast of changing regulatory landscape. This industry involvement has led him to develop his background screening and reporting expertise.
Craig holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Montana.
